Agreement signed. The trade unions: “A sum never seen before, thanks also to the sacrifices of employees”

Luxottica workers will be able to obtain a result bonus this year, referring to the activity of 2021, equal to 3,800 euros gross. This is an absolute record: such a sum had never been distributed by Luxottica.
The agreement was signed yesterday between national and territorial unions of Filctem Cgil, Femca Cisl and Uiltec Uil and rsu of EssilorLuxottica and the top management of the group.
