Roll with poppy seed filling
Dough
150 g milk
40 g of sugar
Salt
1 yolk
30 g of oil
7 g of pressed yeast
4 g of vanilla sugar
300-320 g of flour
30 g of butter
For lubrication
1 yolk
1 tablespoon of milk
2 g of vanilla sugar
Knead the dough from the specified ingredients, leave for an hour. We bypass and leave for another half hour. Roll out on a silicone mat. Put the filling. Form a roll. Leave in a warm place for half an hour. Brush with egg yolk, milk and vanilla sugar.
Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
