Shangli County Hosts Successful Job Fair to Promote Employment
In an effort to stabilize employment, promote job opportunities, and protect workers’ rights, the “Gan is in Place” Spring Breeze Action and Employment Assistance Special Job Fair was recently held in Shangli County, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province.
Organized by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Shangli County and jointly organized by the County Employment and Entrepreneurship Center, the County Federation of Trade Unions, and other units, the job fair featured over 40 companies offering more than 2,000 positions. Job seekers flocked to the event, which utilized a combination of on-site recruitment and live broadcast job guidance.
At the job fair, the County Federation of Trade Unions set up a consultation desk to provide a range of services, including employment guidance, legal and policy information, and assistance for job seekers looking to integrate into the job market successfully.
The “Spring Breeze Action” initiative has created a communication platform for companies and job seekers, facilitating a two-way exchange of talent and job opportunities. Moving forward, the Shangli County Federation of Trade Unions plans to continue its efforts in providing services such as employment assistance, rights protection, and employee mutual aid to help workers achieve a better quality of life.
Overall, the job fair was a success in bringing together employers and potential employees and furthering the goal of promoting stable and fulfilling employment in the region.
