Can you leave the house?
In the orange zone you can move freely in your municipality or, if you live in a town with less than 5,000 inhabitants, to another center that is not a provincial capital, within a radius of 30 km. Otherwise self-certification is mandatory to justify the need. In the red zone you can leave the house only for work (dog sitting is among these, but not tourist guides) or urgency: throw out the garbage, go shopping.
Can you go for a walk in the red zone?
Yes, but close to home, alone or with minors and non self-sufficient people.
Can you go to relatives and friends?
In the orange zone, yes, but only within your own municipality, once a day between 5 and 22 in a maximum of two people plus under 14 or disabled. In the red zone no. But on 3, 4 and 5 April for the Easter holidays, only one visit is allowed to friends and relatives within the same region and always in two at most.
Can you reunite with your partner if you work in two different municipalities or regions?
Yes, if the place chosen to meet coincides with the residence or domicile where you live together.
Can children be brought to grandparents for work reasons?
Yes, but it is not recommended because the elderly are the most fragile.
Are the schools open?
In the red zone no. Classroom lessons only for pupils with disabilities or special educational needs, for other Dads. In the orange distance teaching area in high school rotation at 50 or 75%.
Are bars and restaurants open?
Yes, but only for take-away from 5 to 22. So also pastry shops and ice cream parlors. From 6pm onwards, the sale is prohibited to places without a kitchen. In the red zone only shops selling essential products are open: supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, petrol stations, bookstores, newsagents, perfumeries, underwear stores, electronics, sporting goods, children’s clothes, games. Whoever closes can deliver at home. Stop barbers, hairdressers, beauticians as well.
Are the parks and gardens open?
Yes, subject to local ordinances. Children can use slides and swings.
Are the museums open?
No, neither in the orange nor in the red zone.
Is it possible to hold condominium meetings?
Yes, but remote mode is strongly recommended.
What sports can be practiced?
All those outdoors, individual, non-contact, two meters away from others. There is no obligation to wear a mask. In the orange zone, clubs and sports centers are open. In the red zone, sports activities must be carried out under the house or in the nearest park.
Is it possible to play sports in another municipality?
In the orange zone, yes, if for example there are no tennis courts in your municipality. By bike or running, you can cross over common, but always doing sports and then returning to the starting point. In the red zone you can practice sports only in your own town.
Can we reach the second home?
Yes, even in another region, as long as it is already owned or rented before January 14th. You can only go there with your family. Speaking of houses: to buy, sell or visit a property to buy, you can also move to another municipality.
