– Cooking this dish is a real pleasure, – says Ella Ivanova. — The aroma and taste of stuffed mushrooms is above all praise. By the way, the filling can be different. You can show imagination. Instead of cream, you can use soft cheese.

Stuffed mushrooms

3 large mushrooms 1 small onion Garlic 30 g of cheese 50 g of cream Pepper Salt

Cut off the stem of the mushroom, chop it and fry it with onions, adding cream and garlic. Stuff the mushroom cap with this mixture, which was previously sprayed with oil. Bake until done, sprinkling the mushroom with grated hard cheese.

Bake at 190-200 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
