The meeting decided to appoint Lan Foan as the deputy governor of the Shanxi Provincial People’s Government, acting as the governor of the Shanxi Provincial People’s Government, and Sun Hongshan as the deputy governor of the Shanxi Provincial People’s Government and the director of the Provincial Public Security Department. Guo Yingguang, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, presided over the meeting, and deputy directors Wei Xiaochun, Yue Puyu, Li Junming, and Zhang Zhichuan attended the meeting.

The meeting voted and approved the list of personnel appointments, and on Lanfoan’s decision to act as the governor of the Shanxi Provincial People’s Government, letters of appointment were issued to those who passed the appointment.
