The last straw, for the second time two pots are raided in Villavicencio

The National Police raided for the second time two homes used for the sale of drugs in the Villas de Paz neighborhood of Villavicencio.

In this operation, two men were captured and a teenager was arrested after being caught with more than 200 doses of narcotics, chemicals and other elements for the dosage of hallucinogens.

In this case, the Prosecutor’s Office will begin the process to authorize the forfeiture of ownership of these two homes, where the mother and sister of the apprehended minor were captured the previous year, for their participation in this same criminal phenomenon.

Through investigation, it was established that these two homes had been used for the storage, dosing and marketing of hallucinogenic substances, a situation that motivated the prosecutor’s office to order judicial proceedings.

During the operation, dosing items were found such as hermetic bags, a blender, paraffin paper, handmade razors and even a notebook where they kept a record of sales, the amount of illicit drugs that entered and was subsequently sold by these people.

The captured men, as well as the arrested teenager and the other seized items, were placed at the disposal of the competent judicial authorities, where they must be held legally responsible for trafficking, manufacturing or carrying narcotics and it will be the justice system that will define their legal situation.

It is important to note that these two homes had been searched and raided in July of the previous year, where the mother and sister of the teenager apprehended in this latest operation were captured and brought to justice. Reason why the prosecutor’s office has considered initiating legal actions to request the competent authorities to extinguish the power of ownership over these two properties.
