It is the story of the twenty-year-old who, in the early hours of last Monday, when Lignano was still immersed in the celebrations of the Pentecost weekend, was attacked by a stranger crossed over on the street in Lignano City, during a walk along Viale Centrale, when she she was hand in hand with her boyfriend. It was about 3 o’clock.

«I had just finished work, I work as a waitress in a restaurant in the Udine hinterland. Then – explains the young woman – with my boyfriend we decided to go to Lignano because on Monday we had the day off. I was still wearing the T-shirt and sweatshirt from work and a pair of long pants ».

Matteo, the twenty-year-old’s boyfriend who saw everything with his own eyes, reconstructs the scene: «We were four friends. There were still many people on the street, we were walking. We had just passed the carabinieri. She had pressed a little towards me because she had noticed that this group of her was approaching with a particular attitude.

She got a little behind me, but they kind of pushed and then he put his hand on her breasts hard. It was very shameless because, as mentioned, we were arm in arm and the carabinieri were behind us.

Then, after the gesture, he laughed. The other three immediately ran away after the fact. While he was blocked by my girlfriend and, after a few seconds, the carabinieri arrived. I didn’t even have time to do anything, even though he says I punched him instead.

And this is absolutely not true, as all the people who were present at that moment can also confirm. “

In relation to this episode, the carabinieri of Lignano arrested the nineteen-year-old Tunisian Saifeddine Moussa residing in Cividale for the crime of sexual violence.

On Wednesday the investigating judge of the court of Udine Emanuele Lazzàro validated the provision and ordered the house arrest.
