They are looking for child soccer players from Valledupar to represent Colombia in Europe

The child soccer players born in Valledupar will have a new opportunity to play in Europe. Valencia, Spain, will this time be the destination of the Valledupar Colombia team, which will play the Valencia Soccer Cup 2024 in the month of March.

Starting this Friday, January 12, the open call for players in the 2010 category will begin, so that they can attend the selection processes and thus choose the footballers who will represent the capital of Cesar in the tournament in Iberian lands.

The emblematic court in the Doce de Octubre neighborhood will be the scene of this oversight that will begin at 5 pm this Friday. It will continue this Saturday at 7 am and 5 pm; and will end on Tuesday, January 16 at 5 p.m.

“This is an open call in which boys and girls from clubs, schools and neighborhoods of Valledupar can participate,” explained Régulo Pineda Arregocés, legal representative of the Fuerza Viva Foundation.

Pineda is at the forefront of this process that since 2006 has led teams from Valledupar to participate in different tournaments in the Old Continent.
