The governor of Meta, Rafaela Cortés Zambrano, pointed out that in a new meeting the commitment of the National Government to the road to the Llano was confirmed, identifying the source from which the resources will come from for its intervention in 16 critical points.
To process and be able to use the resource, a presidential decree is necessary, which is already advancing in the Ministry of Finance, for which a new follow-up meeting will be held next Tuesday, February 20.
In this sense, the High Councilor for the Regions promised that at the next Council of Ministers she will speak with the President of the Republic to expedite its issuance.
Present at this meeting were the Minister of Finance, Ricardo Bonilla González, the High Councilor for the Regions, Sandra Ortiz, and Lyda Esquivel, delegate of the Ministry of Transportation, who confirmed that the source of the economic resources to intervene in the via the Llano, which reach $383,000 million and are in a fund of the Ministry of Transportation.
Also present at the meeting were delegates from the Oversight Office, deputies, councilors, unions, the Chamber of Commerce, congressmen from the department and the government of Cundinamarca.
