Mayor and councilors of the Municipality of Treviso disabled for one day: to understand what is wrong in the city, for those with mobility difficulties, to understand where to intervene, to feel empathy towards a group of citizens too often forgotten.

Le “Empathic evidence on disability”as the municipal administration defined them, organized by the disability manager of the Municipality of Treviso Rodolfo Dalla Mora, they were staged on June 29 afternoon.

“With the help of some devices they have been reproduced various conditions of disability – the administration explains in a note – bandages and white sticks for blindness, special glasses for low vision, headphones for deafness and wheelchairs for motor limitations ».

Starting from Piazza Rinaldi and then continuing along via Campana and via San Parisio up to the ramp for the path on the walls, the group of about twenty administrators was thus able experience difficulties who can meet people with disabilities in their daily commute.
