Except for a medical emergency. Penalties of up to 100,000 dlr and 10 years
(ANSA) – WASHINGTON, APRIL 06 – The Republican-controlled Oklahoma parliament approved a bill banning abortion at any time during pregnancy, except to save the life of a pregnant mother in a medical emergency.
Offenders can be punished with a fine of up to $ 100,000 or up to 10 years in prison or both. If Republican Governor Kevin Stitt signs the measure, which he has already said in favor, the law will go into effect on August 26. (HANDLE).
