(iLMeteo.it) – Temperatures are running very fast, between night and afternoon they rise by an average of 20 ° C. In recent days, the temperature range, calculated as the difference between the daily maximum and minimum, has reached 20-22 ° C in many areas of the center-north. Nothing unusual. In Spring, the baton is passed between cold winter and hot summer; let’s say that these days the night is still winter and the day ‘attends’ to summer-like. This phase of thermal excursion will in any case attenuate in the weekend when southern currents will bring an increase in the minimum values and a slight decrease in the maximums.
What will the weather be like in the next few days? On our European synoptic map we find in the center the anticyclone called ‘Norse’ with a very clear and extended Omega configuration: as the shape of the Greek letter suggests, we will have a large high pressure in the Center and two low pressures on the sides, in the West a cyclone will continue to push rain towards Spain, bad weather will rage in Turkey to the east.
The ‘Norse’ anticyclone will expand further north-west with values of 1030 hPa to London in the next few days. A meteorological situation that will favor stable and sunny weather until Friday in Italy, as well as in England.
To find some less ‘serene’ notes we have to anticipate what will happen over the weekend: a mild perturbation, daughter of the Spanish cyclone, will push towards Sardinia and Sicily, with locally intense rains. A possible disturbed interest in the southern peninsula and even in the central regions on Sunday is to be confirmed.
Andrea Garbinato, editorial manager www.iLMeteo.it, confirms two more days of sunshine with pleasant maximum temperatures, then a worsening from Saturday, starting from Sardinia. A very curious statistic emerges from the Isola dei Nuraghi: if the rains were confirmed, this would be the third consecutive weekend of bad weather in Sardinia.
