An Italian woman claims she is a secret granddaughter of the founder of the luxury car brand Lamborghini, and that she therefore has a claim to his inheritance. She wants to prove that through a straw, now that she is being sued by her alleged father. That’s what The Telegraph writes.
35-year-old Flavia Borzone from Naples claims to be the illegitimate daughter of Tonino Lamborghini (76), the son of Ferruccio Lamborghini. The latter founded the luxury Italian car brand in 1963. Borzone claims that her mother, Rosalba Colosimo, met Tonino in Milan in 1980 when she was waiting for the bus and Tonino saw her and gave her a lift. It’s not the first time she’s made those claims. That is precisely why she must answer in court. Borzone and her mother have been taken to court by Tonino Lamborghini. He denies everything and claims it is slander.
DNA
Borzone previously received a lot of criticism on social media because, according to some, she was after the inheritance of the wealthy family. None of that is true, she has always maintained. She is shielding with evidence that she obtained by hiring a private detective. He was given the assignment to steal a straw that Elettra Lamborghini – in addition to being a model and singer, also possibly Borzone’s stepsister – had been drinking with. By doing a DNA test, Borzone wants to prove that they are indeed sisters. According to experts from the University of Ferrara, the genetic match is obvious and they are clearly sisters. Her lawyers also said this in court. “This cannot be refuted,” he said.
According to Lamborghini’s lawyers, this is not correct, and the DNA sample was also obtained unlawfully. He therefore believes it should be rejected as evidence in the case. However, Lamborghini itself refuses to undergo a DNA test.
The process will continue in March.
