XPLA announced on the 15th that its ‘XPLA Sentry Full Node System’ has acquired ISAE 3000 Type 2 standard certification.
ISAE 3000, developed by ISAAB (International Auditing and Accreditation Standards Board), is used by accounting firms to independently evaluate reports on a company’s internal controls, and is the most widely recognized international certification standard. ISAE 3000 certification types are divided into Type 1 and Type 2. For example, major global web service companies such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) have received ISAE 3000 Type 2 standard certification through various projects.
The ‘XPLA Sentry Full Node System’ also acquired Type 1, which guarantees that the control design for a specific point in time is appropriate, and then acquired a Type 2 certification report, which evaluates operational effectiveness over a specific period. Xpla’s ISAE 3000 certification was conducted for information technology enterprise-level control and general control related to the XPLA Sentry full node system.
Xpla’s position is that the XPLA Sentry Full Node System has obtained both types of certification reports and has secured reliability of the system.
Paul Kim, XPLA team leader, said, “It is a significant achievement to be the first blockchain mainnet system to obtain ISAE 3000 Type 1 and Type 2 certification consecutively.” He added, “The XPLA Foundation and XPLA Mainnet will continue to build trust and confidence in the ecosystem. “We will continue to think about ways to increase value and grow.”
Jeong Cheol-ho, CEO of Com2uS Holdings, also said, “The value of a true blockchain ecosystem lies in transparency and reliability,” and added, “We will comply with internationally recognized standard certification and contribute to strengthening the capabilities of the entire Web3 industry.”
