Rowers, after Storti’s yes, Gheno and Robinho remain

The coach Bortolini restarts from three certainties in the team that is the only Belluno player in Serie B

If the arrival of Leonardo Storti was a very pleasant surprise, Estevao Gheno’s confirmation is reassuring certainty. But this is not the only deal of the day. In fact, Robinho also signs, bringing the number of Brazilian players in the roster that will be available to the coach Alessio Bortolini to three. The Canottieri Belluno therefore reaffirms its ambitions, renewing the handshake both to one of the most talented players of its roster (Gheno) and to a very precious element especially from a tactical point of view (Robinho).

At the end of the meeting this week with the Canottieri management, Gheno and Robinho have therefore extended their commitment in Belluno also for the coming year. With the new rules desired by the 5-a-side football division, which will allow only two non-trained players to be placed in the separate match, in the current state of affairs it would be mandatory to send at least one of the three Brazilian players to the stands. In any case, in the course of a long season, everyone is needed and it is not certain that there will also be a sort of derogation for all clubs. Society certainly didn’t want to let them go.

Estevao Gheno, born in 1999, has been a rower since January 2021, as well as the top scorer in the Dolomites of the last championship: overall, 25 goals are printed in biancoblù. Robson Fernandes Filho, on the Robinho field, has been in Belluno since last summer, putting his long international experience on the field last season and earning high minutes in the Canottieri roster.

Meanwhile, on Saturday there is the second session useful for accessing the Canottieri youth teams. At 4 pm at the Spes Arena, the boys born between 2008 and 2012 eager to try this sport are expected.
