9th Volkswagen Ice and Snow Beijing Open Promotes Winter Sports Tourism

The 9th Volkswagen Ice and Snow Beijing Open recently brought exciting and colorful events to Beijing, promoting the development of sports tourism in the region. With intense ice hockey competitions, ice climbing challenges, and ski orienteering events, the open showcased the enthusiasm of ice and snow enthusiasts and athletes.
One of the highlights of the event was the Beijing Ski Orienteering Open, held at the Miyun Yunfoshan Ski Resort. The competition, which included a parent-child group, an open men’s group, and an open women’s group, attracted over 200 contestants from various districts in Beijing. The winners, Zou Yuelong and her mother, expressed their joy at combining their love for skiing and orienteering, emphasizing the fun and enjoyment of the sport.
