The Fritz!Box settings are adopted automatically and permanently synchronized. These settings include all Wi-Fi settings, such as the selected Wi-Fi network, radio channel, Wi-Fi network password, and Wi-Fi guest access. The Fritz!Powerline 1240 AX WLAN Set combines Powerline, Wi-Fi 6 and LAN connections in one multifunctional, low-power product. An intelligent energy management system rule automatically connect via Powerline, thus reducing power consumption. For small amounts of data, reducing the speed on the LAN ports from 1,000 to 100 Mbit/s reduces the energy consumption of the devices. Green AP, Target Wake Time (TWT) and the Wi-Fi network timer also contribute to energy savings in the Wi-Fi network.
