On Monday night (12), Avaí hosted Criciúma-SC in a match valid for the 7th round of the Campeonato Catarinense Fort Atacadista 2024. Criciúma won, by the score of 3 to 2, with goals from Renato Kayzer, Felipe Vizeu and Felipe Mateus, for Criciúma and Andrey and Garcez, for Avaí. The ball rolled at 7pm, in a match held at the Dr. Aderbal Ramos da Silva stadium (Ressacada). With the result, Avaí remains with 11 points. Criciúma opened the scoring after just 5 minutes. Rodrigo launches Hermes, who advances to the baseline and crosses. Renato Kayzer puts it in the back of the net. At 10, Criciúma reached the second, thanks to Felipe Vizeu.
Avaí had a great chance in the 23rd minute. Corner on the right, Jonathan Costa rises above everyone and heads strong. The ball goes very close to the post!
