Czech Republic, yellow on the convening of Parliament: the president is serious but signs in resuscitation

BERLIN – Political thriller in Prague after the parliamentary elections of 8 and 9 October last missed by the outgoing premier, the populist tycoon Andrej Babis, to the advantage of two pro-Western and pro-European coalitions.
