The American actor Drake Bell confessed in an interview that it was a girlfriend he had as a teenager who was responsible for setting off alarms about the abuse he experienced alongside Brian Peck, who had the role of dialogue and acting coach on Nickelodeon. The revelations were made by Bell, remembered for his role in the series Drake and Josh, in an interview he held with Mexican journalist Yordi Rosado.

According to Bell, his perpetrator gained such great power over him that it put him at odds with his father. Bell said Peck’s goal was to separate him from his mother, who was also his manager. The degree of manipulation was such that Peck took his father’s place. “Everything was normal, I didn’t feel like I was in danger,” Drake Bell said.
