Tonight two simultaneous and disastrous fires broke out in Bryansk, Russia, one hundred kilometers from the Ukrainian border, the first inside a Rosneft fuel refinery and in the large adjoining depots and the second inside a military base also used as a depot for rockets and artillery shells. The refinery is part of the so-called Friendship Pipeline which carries Russian oil to Germany, Poland and Hungary.
