Serie A: Inter wins despite being behind in Rome
Yann Sommer and Inter Milan are still on the master course. In the away game against fifth-placed AS Roma, the “Nerazzurri” took the lead through Francesco Acerbi (17th), but were behind 1-2 at the break after goals from Gianluca Mancini and Stephan El Shaarawy. The Milanese managed to turn this game around again with a double strike after the break. Alessandro Bastoni made it 4-2 in stoppage time. This meant Inter was able to extend its lead at the top to 7 points over Juventus.

Girona traveled to the Bernabeu with ambitions, two points behind leaders Real Madrid. But there was to be nothing for the surprise team in the capital, Real swept Girona off the pitch 4-0. Vinicius Jr. had given Real an early lead (6′), and Jude Bellingham, who had to be substituted with an injury, followed up with a brace (35’/54′). Rodrygo’s goal in the 61st minute meant the final result as Joselu failed from the spot in stoppage time.
