The RTL soap “GZSZ” is facing a big anniversary in spring. The 8,000th episode will revolve around an exciting case.
Dortmund – “Good times, bad times” has been part of RTL’s TV program for 32 years. In 1992, the private broadcaster showed the very first episode. Now episode 8000 of “GZSZ” is almost upon us. This is the preliminary climax of a drama about a series veteran.

We’re talking about Katrin Flemming. The character played by Ulrike Frank has been part of the cast of “GZSZ” since 2004. This makes her one of the longest-lasting roles in RTL’s daily soap. Recently, however, there have been more and more problems for Katrin. So she became entangled in a great intrigue.
Your opponent is Carlos Lopez. He is played by actor Patrick Fernandez. Carlos has also been in big trouble for a few episodes. He is innocently in custody. Katrin and her husband Tobias Evers, played by Jan Kittmann, brought him there (all celebrity and TV news on RUHR24).

According to RTL, episode 8000 of “GZSZ” focuses exclusively on the court case involving Katrin and Carlos. This comes to a temporary climax and Katrin hopes for the verdict to be announced. She wants to end the drama with this and is hoping that the intrigue planned together with Tobias will not be noticed.
“Tobias has to repeat his false testimony against Carlos in court, in front of his friends and under oath,” announces actor Jan Kittmann to RTL. For him and Katrin it’s all about revenge against Carlos.

He, in turn, hopes that he can prove his innocence in the murder of Agim Sula. Carlos gets support from his affair Alicia, played by Josefin Bressel. “The chances are almost hopeless for Carlos,” suggests the actress to RTL. At the beginning of the year, “GZSZ” viewers had to cope with the departure of another veteran.
It will take some time before “GZSZ” fans find out what happens next with soap veterans Katrin Flemming and Carlos Lopez in the court case. The 8000th episode is due on 15. April run on RTL. The broadcast time is not yet known. “GZSZ” usually runs Monday to Friday at 7:40 p.m. Primetime editions of special episodes are not uncommon.
