Materials needed:

  • 375 ml hot water
  • 400 grams of granulated sugar
  • 300 grams of mashed oats
  • 300 grams of sticky rice flour
  • 75 grams of sago flour
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ tablespoon cooking oil for greasing

How to make basket cake:

  • Prepare a bowl and add hot water.
  • Add granulated sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  • Put the ground oats, sticky rice flour and sago flour into a separate container.
  • Add the filtered sugar water to the flour mixture and stir until evenly mixed.
  • Add coconut milk and salt, then stir until smooth and even.
