“We fight and we are killed for basic rights, for things that would be normal in any other country. We fight and we are killed because we would like to feel the wind in our hair.” Speaking is a woman, an Iranian woman who like thousands of others in recent weeks has courageously taken to the streets to ask for rights, freedom, equal opportunities, the end of an oppressive regime facing the harsh repression of the security forces.
