[Ministry of Ecology and Environment: By-product trifluoromethane shall not be directly discharged from September 15]According to the general office of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, from September 15 onwards, difluoromonochloromethane (HCFC-22) or hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) ) Trifluoromethane (HFC-23) by-produced in the production process shall not be directly discharged. In addition to the use of raw materials and controlled purposes, the by-product HFC-23 should be destroyed and disposed of as far as possible using the destruction technology approved by the Conference of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer (see Annex). According to the General Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, starting from September 15th, trifluoromethane (HFC-23), which is a by-product in the production of HCFC-22 or HFCs, must not be directly discharged. In addition to being used as raw materials and controlled purposes, the by-product HFC-23 should be destroyed and disposed of as far as possible using the destruction technology approved by the Conference of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer (see Annex).
