British pop star Robbie Williams has crossed the half-century mark. Born on February 13, 1974, Williams joined Take That at just sixteen years old, stealing the show from frontman Gary Barlow and leading the group to become a true icon of the 90s. Many lights, in the wake of successes such as Could It Be Magic, Back For Good, and Everything Changes, but also the shadows of alcohol and drug abuse, which led him to risk an overdose before performing at the MTV Europe Music Awards in 1994 in Berlin and inevitable conflicts with the other members of Take That, from whom he separated in June 1995.
