Seoul, throng at the Halloween party: nine deaths and dozens of people in cardiac arrest

SEUL – Nine dead, dozens of people who suffered symptoms of cardiac arrest and dozens more injured with crush injuries in Seoul, the capital of South Korea, while participating in the Halloween celebrations. According to the news agency Yonhapa hundred people called the emergency number claiming to have breathing difficulties and dozens of them underwent cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
