The Strasbourg Court defends surrogacy: “The ban on the adoption of test-tube children violates the rights of the minor”

STRASBOURG. The Danish law prohibiting the adoption of children by a mother who paid for the surrogacy that allowed their birth violates the right of children to respect for family and private life. This was established by the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in a sentence which will become definitive if the parties do not obtain a new judgment.
