United Kingdom: suspect arrested in the murder of Olivia, the 9-year-old girl killed in Liverpool

LONDON – A 36-year-old man was arrested this morning in Liverpool, suspected of being the murderer of a nine-year-old girl who was shot dead Monday night in a shooting at her front door. Police in the city of north-east England have reported that the man was captured in an operation involving armed officers on the night between Thursday and Friday.
