Francisco Oropeza, the 38-year-old Mexican accused of killing five neighbors from Honduras, including an eight-year-old boy, with an Ar-15 on Friday evening in Texas, after being captured after almost 72 hours on the run, after some of them had asked not to shoot in the garden of the house to put a newborn to sleep.
