The initiative, accessible through a web platform or smartphone app, offers services related to mobility and tires, all included in a fixed monthly price. In addition to representing a new way of buying tires, Pirelli Care also allows access to a series of services chosen to facilitate car care and solve the unpleasant problems that can occur in everyday driving. The service is available with three different plans, ranging from the entry level Easy, to the more complete Smart and Superior, and offer services such as, for example, the guarantee on the set of tires and Europ Assistance roadside assistance, to always travel with calm. Once you have identified the plan that best suits your needs, the Pirelli Care system allows you to choose a close-up of services only or to guide the user in choosing the most suitable tires in a few clicks. Then, you can customize the offer with additional types of services, in addition to those already included in the plan subscribed, find the nearest dealer and make an appointment for the tire change between the participating Driver points of sale.
Furthermore, Pirelli Care assistance is available to support users in choosing the plan and fitting the tires, through the smartphone app, from the service website or via Whatsapp chat. The Easy plan, the first level of access to Pirelli Care, costs 5 euros per month and allows you to purchase only the services (if you do not need tires), with the first 3 months free and allows you to benefit from roadside assistance. on the European territory, vehicle check-up, puncture repair and car sanitization. The Smart plan includes a set of tires or, if chosen, a summer and a winter set, including tire mounting / demounting, balancing, tire warranty covering repairable or irreparable damage and up to the replacement of the entire tire set , seasonal change and deposit. Finally, the Superior plan includes one or more sets of tires, plus all the services of the Smart plan enriched with vehicle check-up, complete control of the vehicle set-up and sanitization and, limited to the launch phase of Pirelli Care, the possibility to benefit from the Easy package free of charge for the duration of the tire purchase plan.
