B-plan bthe smart basic brand from Ronan Chen, are doing what they know how to do best this season: Focus on the clothes we actually wear. The 70% closet, as Michael Kors called it a few years ago: he said that because life consists of 70% casual and 30% special events, that’s how our wardrobe choices should look. Of course, this is only the life of Michael Kors, which consists of 70% casual and 30% special events. In my case it is 95% casual and another 5% events that I will probably find reasons to avoid anyway.

In the previous event Shairit and I did, plan b was still a brand new brand and the items that came up for sale were quickly eliminated. This time, items from the new collection and classics that starred in previous seasons were also selected (jeans shirt!).
Here is a small part of what you can meet at our event this coming Friday and Saturday (all the details are here for those who missed it):
It’s a brand that first acts like a capsule collection, so choosing selected items from it that will function on a uniform standard is like reducing fractions in math.
We will call it private ownership (Of course, the sale will have more items than there are here):
01 Buttoned shirt with stripes. It also appeared last spring and it is one of the shirts that works the hardest in my closet.
02 white jeans. It’s amazing how a small transition from dark jeans to white jeans makes everything look more sophisticated and festive. Maybe because white jeans come with the illusion that you can afford to wear white jeans. That is: that everything around you is clean all the time (my solution to wearing white clothes: lowering standards. As my mother told me when the children were small and we heard them arguing in the other room: not everything you have to hear. Or in this case: not everything you have to see).
03 jeans shirt. all year round. In the winter under a sweater, now on its own or over a t-shirt, in the summer in a bag in case we run into an excessive air conditioning event.
04 Striped linen t-shirt. In general, there will be many striped shirts.
05 will also be T-shirts Linens without stripes.
06 And speaking of linen: Linen jacket.
07 and a white button-down shirtbecause after all it’s almost a holiday.
