On the occasion of the Salone del Mobile 2022, which opens today together with the Fuorisalone (although previews and events have already been underway for a few days), Tod’s starts from its core business, but also opens up to design. Or rather: it confirms the link between the creativity that animates fashion and that at the basis of Italian design, which includes furniture and furnishing accessories, but also objects used in daily life, at home and outdoors, such as bicycles.
The starting point for the Tod’s T Bike
Tod’s presents a Special Edition of two of its iconic design products: la sneaker Tod’s Tabs, always recognizable by the use of the rubber pads on the heel, and the two-tone wind-breaker with T-Lion embossed leather pocket. For the current summer season, the two products are available in new combinations of colors and leathers: for the sneakers, soft single-color white or tan leather and leather and suede inserts in contrasting tones; for the wind-breakers, light blue, tobacco, blue and khaki nylon, with leather details and applications. It is to celebrate this limited edition that the Tod’s T Bikea very high-tech carbon fiber bicycle designed in collaboration with Colnago, a historic Lombard company specializing in two wheels .

In racing green and tan orange, the Tod’s T Bike will be available in a limited series of 70 unique pieces. The Tod’s T Bike will be previewed in Milan during the Salone del Mobile, with a special event scheduled today, and will be available for pre-order starting from 13 June on official site of the brands and in a selection of single-brand boutiques worldwide. Exclusively in the Tod’s boutique in Milan Montenapoleone, the collection can also be purchased with Bitcoin cryptocurrency, a payment formula that can also be used for the online purchase of the T Bike in Europe.
