Before the important autumn conference, Apple released iOS 14.8, iPadOS 14.8, watchOS 7.6.2 and macOS Big Sur 11.6, aiming to fill up newly discovered security vulnerabilities. There are two main problems to be solved this time. One is related to CoreGraphics of iOS, iPadOS and macOS, and the other is derived from the browser engine in WebKit. According to Apple, they have learned of at least one case where the vulnerability was exploited.

One of the vulnerabilities was discovered by researchers at the Citizen Lab at the University of Toronto. It is said to have a connection with Pegasus spyware and has existed in iOS, watchOS and macOS since at least February. In view of this, both Citizen Lab and Apple recommend that users update their systems as soon as possible. If you have a corresponding product in your hand, then act quickly.
