The Department of Health, through the Institute of Public and Occupational Health of Navarra (ISPLN), has announced three grant calls aimed at financing addiction prevention and emotional well-being promotion programs. With a provision of over 770,000 euros, these calls are intended to promote social action in health.
Local and social entities that develop addiction prevention and emotional well-being promotion programs have until February 27 to submit their applications electronically through the portal www.navarra.es. The aid is aimed at projects carried out between December 1, 2023, and November 30, 2024, aligned with the guidelines of the Navarra Public Health Plan 2022-2025.
The specific calls include community programs to promote emotional well-being with a budget of 200,000 euros, municipal addiction prevention plans totaling 310,419 euros, and addiction prevention programs at the community level with 268,000 euros in funding. These programs are aimed at improving the health and emotional well-being of people and preventing the consequences of substance and non-substance addictions at the community level.
In 2023, 105 entities benefited from aid to health programs in these grant calls. The ISPLN/NOPLOI annual calls related to health prevention and promotion, aging, affective-sexual education, and HIV/AIDS are set to be published starting in April.
