I’m a flexitarian, are you? The newcomer in dietary regimes has a name that contains two words: flexibility and vegetarian diet and therefore translates into a flexible vegetarian regime. Flexible because it reduces animal proteins both in frequency and in portions, but does not completely eliminate them. Obviously in favor of vegetable ones, mainly legumes, seeds, nuts.
