He sneaks into the gym without a green pass and refuses to go out: it ends badly

She managed to evade the controls and gain access to the facility. But then, when she was discovered, she could not help but surrender, despite an attempt at “resistance”. With the intervention of the Carabinieri, the training in the gym of a woman from Buccinasco, a client of the “Gym & fun”, who sneaked into the halls on Friday without being in possession of the mandatory green pass.

It was the owners themselves who told what happened, probably also in an attempt to sensitize everyone else on compliance with the rules. “One of our members evading the controls, we are still trying to understand how, she entered to train without having a green pass, but she was promptly stopped by the staff who asked her to leave the center”, they reconstructed from the gym.

“Upon his refusal, the carabinieri were immediately called, who after having drawn up a report accompanied the person outside”, continued the managers. In all likelihood, a fine will be issued for the woman, as required by the decree, but the center stressed that “for now we have not filed a formal complaint as it was the first case, but we reserve the right to evaluate”.
