Informatica, the Italian Datrix goes shopping in the United States

by admin

The Italian Datrix has acquired the American Adapex, a tech company that helps publishers and, more generally, content producers to maximize revenues from data monetization activities, as stated in a note.

The global data monetization market (including advertising) in 2020 reached $ 170 billion, in 2023 an estimated $ 371 billion is due to the digital acceleration brought about by Covid, the dizzying growth in the amount of data available (in the last 2 years the data grew by 100% year on year) and the rapid development of data analysis and activation systems based on Artificial Intelligence.

Through the newly formed Datrix US, Datrix acquires 100% of the American company with this transaction and Debra Fleenor, Founder & President of Adapex, joins the Datrix Executive Management Team.

The Adapex network already has over 700 sites, 400 million unique monthly visitors, over 20 billion monthly impressions. Ā«The entry of Adapex in our group – declares the CEO of Datrix Fabrizio Milano d’Aragona – represents an important step in our expansion strategyĀ».
