The details of the new Snapdragon Wear processor have not yet been confirmed, but it is expected to correspond to higher computing performance and a lower power consumption design, thereby allowing wearable devices to last longer battery life.

Prior to this, it was reported that the new Snapdragon Wear processor will be built on Samsung’s 4nm process. It is expected to launch two designs of Snapdragon Wear 5100 and Snapdragon Wear 5100+, of which Snapdragon Wear 5100 will be designed in the form of MLP (micro lead frame package). , will make the power management IC operate independently of the SoC design, while the Snapdragon Wear 5100+ will be designed in MEP (Mold Embedded Package) form, which will integrate the power management IC into the SoC.
