The Ministry of Health issued a directorial decree on 28 February 2024, which concludes the procedure started on 21 December 2023 with the provision of suspension of the sale of “VELO” brand products belonging to the category of the so-called “nicotine pouches”, bags containing nicotine.
The decree establishes that the products can be marketed, as they comply with packaging and safety requirements.
