Test tubes altered to Forensic medicine, thefts from the suspect: it’s espionage

PADUA – The process on the scandal of the alleged altered test tubes in Forensic Medicine he was tinged with yellow. The last hearing yesterday, before the judges of the collegiate court, took the shape of a story of espionage. Alessandro Nalesso, one of the four accused, would have been the victim of a theft: they would have stolen documents relating to his defense. His lawyer Fabio Anselmo of the Ferrara court made this present in the courtroom, through a request for postponement of the hearing.
A five-sheet document where it was reminded to the judging panel how the prosecutor, in the figure of the public prosecutor Maria D’Arpa, opened a file for theft of material relating to the chemist’s defense. And in the register of suspects there is already a person registered for the crime of stealing documents, which allegedly took place, as stated by the lawyer Anselmo, within the institute of occupational medicine where Nalesso is now employed.

THE FACTS
Between November and December 2021, the chemist filed three complaints for having suffered frequent abusive interference aimed at the theft of personal documentation, in all probability, inherent in the trial where he is accused. The first was filed on November 6, then on November 20 and finally on December 1. In addition, he made a report to the Prosecutor’s Office two days later to solicit action.
And so it was done because on December 29 a person was registered in the register of suspects and the computer media were seized. According to the prosecution, the documents in question were stolen from Nalesso’s bag and photographed with the mobile phone. “The thefts took place in Occupational Medicine” declared the lawyer Anselmo.

THE PROCESS
In addition to Nalesso, the other defendants are Professor Massimo Montisci and the two motorists Eduardo Urschitz, expert in road accidents and the hotelier Rocco Sbriziola. According to the prosecution, Montisci and Nalesso had put in place a tried and tested system to help their friends “pinched” at the wheel, addicted to drugs and alcohol, to quickly get their driving licenses back. First of all they took their hair and had it analyzed in a machine dedicated to the dead so that the examination was not tracked.
Then, to make them completely “clean”, still according to the accusation, they inserted in the medical record to be delivered to the medical commission, the negative results for drugs carried out on hair not belonging to friendly motorists. All this until one of the three doctors who wrote the complaint signed some tests carried out on one of the three motorists.
