TRIESTE – Asugi, the organization responsible for managing ticket exemptions based on status and income in Trieste, has announced new locations and times for the release or renewal of these exemptions. The new schedule will be in effect from today, April 15th, until Friday, April 26th, 2024.

For residents in the Julian area, the locations and times for accessing ticket exemptions will be as follows:

– Cup Ospedale Maggiore: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm and from 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
– District 1, Opicina: Mondays and Thursdays from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
– District 1, Aurisina: Tuesday from 8:00am to 11:30am.
– District 3, Muggia: Tuesday and Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm; Wednesday from 12:00pm to 3:00pm.
– District 3, Valmaura: Tuesday from 1:00pm to 4:00pm; Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm.

In addition, the exemptions office at Ospedale Maggiore will be adding four additional branches to better accommodate the increased demand. It is important to note that the direct access route at the Cup Directorate in via Nordio for Microareas, Caritas, and Ics will remain available.

During this busy period, Asugi advises users to check on the queues to avoid long waits. By following the updated schedule and utilizing the expanded services, residents can ensure a smoother process for accessing their ticket exemptions.
