And she shares her three secrets to looking and feeling your best.

1. Sport

Brown does strength training three times a week, for an hour each time.

2. Maintain weight

“I’m a 90-10 girl,” she explains. This means: She eats 90 percent “clean” foods, i.e. healthy, especially unprocessed foods. Only 10 percent of the time is “whatever I want”, for example when she is with friends.

Every morning, Brown recites her personal mantra to herself. “Good morning life, I love you. Thank you for loving me.” And she writes down five things she is grateful for every day – while she drinks her first coffee in the morning.

“As women age, the foods we eat have a huge impact on our health, energy and body fat levels,” Brown emphasizes. It is unfortunate that many age-related diseases are linked to poor eating habits and lifestyle. But: “The good news is: When we improve our eating habits, we also improve our health, strengthen our energy and our vitality.”
