Ascoli Piceno, phantom vaccines and fake Green Fass, doctor arrested

by admin

False in public deed for 150 attestations of the administration of an anti-Covid vaccine that would never have occurred, but which would have allowed the issue of Green Pass, deemed false, for vaccination to 73 subjects. This is one of the accusations made against a general practitioner of Ascoli Piceno, with an agreement with the Asur, arrested by the carabinieri of the provincial command on the orders of the investigating magistrate also for embezzlement in relation to 120 anti-Covid doses withdrawn from the city vaccination center of which, according to the prosecutor Umberto Monti, the doctor would have discarded, without having inoculated them. A similar case in Prato: a doctor inoculated a fake vaccine and a patient who, a month after administration, ended up in a hospital with Covid pneumonia at the expense of it.

The investigations were triggered by the number of vaccinations performed by the doctor in question, considerably higher than those performed by other affiliated doctors; vaccinations carried out largely to subjects who were not their clients and in some cases to people from outside the region; delayed times compared to what is prescribed for the insertion of the vaccination certificates in the computer system of the Ministry of Health. These are elements, detected by Asur itself (the only regional health company of the Marche), which inspired the procedure culminating in the arrest (in prison) of the doctor in Ascoli Piceno and with the home detention of one of his patients.

The investigative insights were collected by the Carabinieri of the Investigative Nucleus, Operational Nucleus and of the Ascoli Piceno station who from the first investigations identified anomalies in the vaccination methods followed by the general practitioner, also ‘observed’ by the Asur. The investigation activities, coordinated by the prosecutor Monti, were developed between September and December 2021 on several floors: technical activities, observation and shadowing services, video shooting, documentary acquisitions: all aimed at verifying whether in the hours following the withdrawal of the vaccine doses by the doctor (and within which the inoculation had to be performed) had been the administration of the same to the patients; administration then certified by the doctor and inserted in the ministerial IT platform through which the Green Pass was then issued. The underlying relationships and agreements between the various parties involved and their roles were also monitored and reconstructed.

According to the Ascoli Public Prosecutor’s Office, the 120 doses taken by the Asur doctor, now in prison, have never been administered and, consequently, the certificates of vaccination that the doctor has entered into the computer system of the Ministry of Health are false. fake Green Passes issued. The two personal precautionary measures applied, according to the Ascoli prosecutor, were issued in relation to the need for genuine acquisition of evidence while minor measures were envisaged, once the probative requirements have been met, regarding the danger of repetition of the crime.

The order of the investigating judge of Ascoli, which applies pre-trial detention in prison for the doctor, also affects one of the 73 people who obtained the Green pass considered false, for whom home detention was instead ordered. All 73 green passes found to be fake were seized; cell phones and other material were also seized from the interested parties which, for the Ascoli Prosecutor’s Office, are useful for reconstructing the exact boundaries of the affair.
The crime of forgery in collaboration with the doctor is hypothesized against each of the 73 subjects in possession of false Green Passes, who is also investigated for aggravated fraud against Asur regarding the emoluments provided for each dose administered.
