BELLUNO. The bailiff did not find the doctors to foreclose. But the owner of Plavis Design, Marco Palazzani, for that shortfall for which he went to trial for the hypothesis of the crime of intentional failure to execute a judge’s decision, was acquitted with full formula. It consisted of 192 pieces – including high-end toilets, bidets and washbasins with high-quality design – for 9,600 euros, according to the records.
After the bankruptcy, the employees of Plavis Design, who had already asked for the foreclosure, had entered a civil party in the process, together with Feltrinlegno, one of the companies that boasted of credits. The accused had tried to immediately close the trial with an offer of one thousand euros, taking advantage of the introduction in the Criminal Code of the restorative conduct, but the plaintiff lawyer Cesa had opposed and the proceedings had landed in the courtroom.
At the end of the trial, the defender Michela Siviero, from Pavia, requested and obtained the acquittal from judge Riposati, as no unlawful conduct was found.
