Then there is the question highlighted by the president of Confindustria Berton regarding the lack of workers with the skills currently required by companies. I would like to remind you that in a context such as the current one, with institutional shortcomings and reforms to be implemented, we had started in Belluno a significant experience of replacing the missing tools: a Table on active policies with a strong comparison between trade unions, trade associations and Veneto Lavoro ».

We work on this front and strengthen the points of contact and collaboration with the school system. If there is the will, we will be able to build responses quickly to generate stable and quality employment that guarantees businesses and workers ”.

Why do so many young people refuse the jobs proposed to them?

“To tell the truth, I don’t see all these young people walking around the streets of Belluno, quite the contrary. I rather see a province that is heading towards strong demographic imbalances and which, more than other parts of the country, needs to reinvest in itself with a great strategic drive that will get it out of isolation. If this happens, the rest will be a natural consequence, including the end of the bleeding of under 30s, which have dropped by 20% in a few years “.

But why do some refuse the job offers that exist?

“If this happens, it is because they already have a job or are hoping for an improvement in their working conditions.
