Accident on the island of Capri: a minibus crashed into an escarpment causing the driver’s death and several injuries, including three or four in serious condition. The bus, while traveling a slope, hit and climbed over a protective railing of the sidewalk, plunging along an embankment for about twenty meters and ending its run against a bathhouse. There are 19 injured in all: among the seriously injured there is also a lifeguard of the plant. A helicopter with medical and nursing support was sent to the site by the Asl Napoli 1 Centro, a competent health authority on the territory of the island of Capri. The injured were taken to the Capilupi hospital. All the doctors on call were sent to the hospital for patient care.
