No suspension for workers without a Green Pass. But wage freezing and unjustified absence remain in the final decree published today in the Official Gazette. The rules will come into effect in public and private workplaces starting October 15th and ending December 31st.

Before the signature of President Mattarella, the suspension from work for the employee who does not have a vaccination certificate for five days was removed from the decree. But the penalties relating to unjustified absence and the suspension of salary until legal status remain.
The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Public Administration are at work on the guidelines for controlling the Green Pass in the workplace. An IT platform similar to the one in use for checking the certificate in schools will be implemented. It will cross the employee’s personal and health data to ascertain the validity of the document.
In elections you vote without a certificate
In the first round of elections on 3 and 4 October, the Green Pass will not be required to vote. Same rule for seat presidents and tellers. Different rules for the ballots of October 18-19, when it will become mandatory for the staff of the polling station but not for the voters.
Capacity extension for cinemas and theaters

The extension of the vaccination obligation for health professionals is likely
